Metal structure is already in place. Need to provide and install PVC sheet on top and secure it as per the standard. 5m x 2m approx Before the work commences, I need approval from the building committee/strata, which won't take more than a couple of days. To do so, I need the following info from the installer: o How the unit is secured to prevent uplift now the extra cladding will be laid over top. o Fall is confirmed and appropriate to manage water flow away from internal areas. o Guttering is confirmed. o Colour matching to the external building. Please edit/include your quotes for the downpipe as well.

I have a space of about 110 square metres and would like to construct a pergola on whatever space that is possible therein on a new building. No plans or approval for now.

Builder to enclose upstairs balcony. Can be done in whatever material. Happy with brick or Structurally insulated panel. Balcony is concrete slab. Will need cdc certificate but it will comply. Iv checked.

Hi, I am looking for a licensed carpenter who can build out a wall in our bathroom so a new toilet can sit against the wall. The carpenter will need to work with our plumber who needs to fit parts of the toilet unit to the wall. The wall needs to be built using waterproof bathroom material and sealed property. Oak top like in the picture. Have also attached pictures of the space where the wall is to be installed (brown tiles). The wall doesn't need to be tiled just waterproofed and sealed properly.
