Looking for a draftsperson to draw up plans for a proposed new deck and pergola at our home in Bicton. The work needs to begin in July so looking to have the drawings completed asap so we can submit to council for approval. See images of existing structure.

Pergola panels are old and breaking, and need replacing (transparent sections) The sections are triangular, approximately 1100 H and 1700 W As the pictures show, two panels meet to make the 1700-1800 W The tasker would need to be able to cut these to shape. Additional bonus would be picking up the panels, otherwise I will arrange bunnings to deliver them as I don’t have a car big enough. We can discuss this Would also need to discuss the size of the panels for me to purchase, as I imagine the longer ones would be better in order to cut them in half Also, please excuse the budget, I know what’s involved to do this, but I want to be flexible for suggestions and offers, as I don’t know how long it would take I’m flexible with when it’s done, but ideally a Wednesday or Friday when I’m home.

Part pergola fixed (needs 4* Posts replaced) and the rest of the pergola to be dismantled and taken away.

Build a retaining wall. Bricks or limestone ( repurposed bricks or stones if cheaper)

The existing section of a boundry brick wall has a crack and needs to be demolished and rebuilt in standard midland bricks. About 500 to 550 bricks required. I am happy to pay for the bricks once they have been ordered. Allow for a Skip to take away rubble etc. I can send photos. The job is in Ardross WA. Time to start is flexible I.E. no hurry.
