Wall Painting 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house, single story home. Just to freshen up the house after tenant vacate. I don’t have photo of the house yet because the tenant is still there. But I have attached the house plan

New house painting 5 bedrooms Activity Theatre Paint provided. Three day work with $80 per hour with 24 hrs is $2000 but it is a fixed price regardless of time. It is about $1500 for the paint and primer.

Looking to put vacated 3 bedroom villa on the market, want gap/crack/hole filling and touch up painting on already washed walls, vacated interior. Main issue is lots of wall to ceiling edge cracking/bubbling due to foundational movements. Color scheme is white for doors/frames and light beige for walls. New paint wiill need to be colour matched with existing scheme to avoid discepancies as I have limited budget for this work and so entire walls won't (and don't) need repainting. Would also like external of front wooden door repainted white. I expect accurate quotes would best be made by viewing the property in person, but happy to receive general estimates for this type of work in the interim to viewing 😊 I have had 1 painter view and he quoted $2000 to paint all walls with a single coat, I am looking for cheaper quotes than this if possible as I believe only touch up painting may he necessary. [As advised below, colour matching for touch up painting might be impossible to get right, so any quote offers should stipulate whether it us for touch up only or full repaint, and if the latter needs to beat or be comparable to the $2000 I was quoted for all walls to have a single coat fully applied, all the interior door frames to be painted, and the front door to be fully painted white externally]

Hi Need some paint touch ups around the house

I am looking to do skirting for my 8 year old home (4x2) approx 160 sqm living area and this mdf/wooden (light colors) painted skirting on living areas, bedrooms and theatre. Another new home, expected to complete in May is also needed skirting for only living areas (approx 100 sqm). This can be tiled skirting with aluminium edge (I can supply tiles) or good mdf/wooden (light colors) painted skirting. Happy to get a quote for both together or separate with some pictures of materials using etc. Thanks

I am renovating my house in East Victoria Park. Its an old timber frame clad house. Not very big, but tall ceilings. We have started painting all the interior white white white to be ready for renting. However we have lots of other jobs to do too. So Im looking for someone to finish the job. Still to go - another coat on the two bedrooms. The living, kitchen and laundry and toilet havent been started. Ceilings might just need touch ups in a few spots. Id also like to paint the tiles in the toilet and the concrete laundry floor dark grey. We are using good paint - Dulux wash and wear. Please quote on what this would cost to finish off for us. Cream wooden Balustrading and green carport trim to be painted black - Carport already half done as per photos can afford 14 hours of work at $50 an hour. If you can get all this done in less time then I can provide additional work painting other house trim and Balustrading Work any hours you like Needs to be completed before this Saturday Wood is not in amazing condition so not expecting perfection just a spruce up before a few people look at the place for purchase - Due date: Before Saturday, 13 January 2024
