I need an Microsoft Excel Guru this afternoon, to assist us in building a pricing spreadsheet for a client proposal. Ideally someone that can work with us in Brighton so that we can work together to get details correct. Will consider a remote person if skills are excellent.

Would like a list of names compiled in word/excel format along with other lists created and typed out on Microsoft Word.

I am currently tying to use Excel Project Planner for time /work flow programme. I work in the residential construction field. I am seeking the assistance of someone well versed in Project Planner and Gantt Charts in Excel, to assist me with the programmes I'm setting up and help me understand how to set them up.

I have a basic spreadsheet made already. I use it for entering stats from sporting games I need formulas created, I need it to create percentages for certain stats I enter, I need certain parts colour coded, I also need a neatly set out key. Overall I need a neatly set out spreadsheet,I already have everything written down on paper and know what I need and want just need to sit down with someone that is able to do it as I have no idea about computers. It should be pretty basic for someone that knows what they are doing. Also might need to have a couple sessions to fine tune a few things after I use it a couple times. I am looking for a tradesperson's Bookkeeper who is happy to work with Excel. This is a 'particular' role and will not suit everyone, so please read carefully: I am closing my business and need to find a replacement Bookkeeper for an older client. This client likes to meet in person, does not do 'cloud', and keeps their receipts in a shoebox. Their bookwork is straightforward and is completed in an automated Excel spreadsheet. There are approx 3-6 hours of work 4-5 times a year. They are a loyal, good-paying client and I would like them to have a good, creative Bookkeeper who does meets their needs. There is no converting them to Xero/MYOB! You will alienate them. And the hour of meeting with them can be tedious, but they are worth it! This job can be done by either a Bookkeeper, or somebody with a keen eye, fairly good at maths and good knowledge of Excel. I would like to present them with three Bookkeepers ( they prob would like to meet all). Happy to provide you with any other info to enable you to decide if this gig works for you.

Hi All, I own a landscaping business and I am going to be commencing with a program that will assist with the accuracy of putting quotes together and the entire production of a quote with detailed scopes of works and much better ability for me to track all costs during the job. Whilst this job could be done via sharing information online i unfortunately will not go down this path again due to the fact that the last task I posted was being done by Ai. What I need is for a proficient and accurate data entry person to load all of the price lists that I currently have to an excel spreadsheet. The crew at Workguru have provided me with an example of how the spreadsheet needs to be filled so as it can be imported correctly. I am as far as you can get as the person who has the time or skills to do this work. I have been advised by the team at Work guru that on price lists that only come as a PDF and not as an excel sheet that the sections that need to be added can be converted to excel in Adobe and then once added it can be altered to meet the requirements........This is still all foreign to me as it's not my thing. I will need to be able to speak with the person who is doing the task as there will be things that will need to be altered as far as the categories that items are put into, and I find it easier to explain my thoughts when speaking with a person. Workguru suggested that they can all just be entered as the are and then you do as search for the product. I will be preferring to have separate categories. Such as. Concrete sleepers as they come in different profiles and sizes, I feel that this will just save time and it seems a bit easier for me. I have attached a copy of thew spreadsheet with instructions from Workguru and I have also attached an example of one of the price lists I have from one supplier and there are a few suppliers. The budget price I list is per hour, as I have no idea how many hours it will take.

Need someone who's qualified in accounting to populate 2 columns of an Excel spreadsheet using Half Year Financial Reports from either ASX website or company websites of publicly listed companies. I personally use HotCopper to find the half yearly reports quickly but upto you. The two columns in the spreadsheet are: EBITDA (H1 FY24) and Operating Cashflow (H1 FY24) There are about 30 to 40 companies to lookup (only need yellow cells populated in the photo below), should only take 1 to 2 hours to complete.

Following a corporate event on Monday evening, 26 Feb, there will be around 210 paper registration forms manually filled in my attendants which have to be all typed into one excel spreadsheet. The column names are LAST NAME, FIRST NAME, COMPANY, EMAIL, CONTACT AND INVITEE. The forms will be scanned into one PDF file on Tuesday morning at Officeworks and the uploaded to the person carrying out the task. The task needs to be completed by Tuesday 4 pm. The person has to be fast, accurate and experienced in this sort of data processing type of job. Naturally, all information is private and confidential and not to be abused for prospecting for business.
