Need someone to come and do a minor roof repair on the pergola roof that attaches our therapy room to our house. I’ve had someone look at it when cleaning gutters before and they mentioned it had been screwed on the low points of the sheets as well as the high. They suggested it would need to be siliconed which seems easy enough but it’s not appropriate for me to do it myself. Currently when we have heavy rains, it’s like a waterfall into my daughters therapy room door so it need to be attended to prior to winter/rain season. Can be fairly flexible on days and times due to working from home.

Roof repair of valley, temporary repairs have been conducted. Require a membrane of sorts to be applied over the top for a medium term solution. Supply membrane, left surrounding colour bond and apply membrane. Approx 6 m long

Ridge capping is showing signs of cracking which has allowed water ingress. This needs to be repointed. Tiles surrounding brace for main power connection to house are not seated correctly, this potentially could have allowed water ingress. Valley tiles are also not seated correctly and potentially could have allowed water ingress - All of these areas need to be reseated to ensure they are water tight. Numerous tiles throughout the roof look to be adversely affected by wear and tear, age, failed protective coating & possibly a lack of general maintenance. This has resulted in holes beginning to form throughout the roof surface. A qualified roof trade is to attend site, inspect and replace these affected tiles. Once completed, the entire roof surface is to be cleaned and re-coated.

Recently had house painted and the rain has exposed a leak in the living room (see picture of stains on ceiling, roughly 30cm diameter). I suspect roof tiles may need to be replaced which I have spare / can supply. If it is a more serious issue happy to discuss solutions upon inspection as I understand you can't really quote until finding the problem. Offering $100 to fix, happy to pay materials separately if additional required to be purchased.
