2 Wall Sections need rendering flat, level, smooth and paint ready. 2.7m W x 2.2m H 1.9m W x 2.2m H Please render close the 2 holes on each side of the window. Those used to be electrical outlets, and has been make-safe by the electrician. There was some rendering done by the previous tradie, but it was really bad as shown in the photos.

Hi, I would like a quote to provide and install a verandah balustrade. I would like the balustrade to match age of the property. Maybe in wrought iron that's undercoated and painted or steel that's powder coated or stainless steel 4m long plus 1.5m plus 1.8 m stair rails L Shaped . Please note the completed job need to be painted and protected from the elements. Photo provided is a rough example of what is required

The wrong timber was used by the previous owner and is deteriorating. The posts are fine just rails and pickets need replacing. I’ve attached a plan and the existing photos and example of what we are after.

We have an awning at the front of the house. The top part has roofing tiles, (assuming silimar to terracotta tiles) need these all removed. Below there is cement sheeting, these need to be removed too (had this tested by Airsafe last week so happy to email you a copy of the report that it is NOT asbestos) but as always good to be safe. We want to keep the wooden frame in place and keep as a pergola for now as the power coming from the street is attached to this frame. The size of the area is 6 metres by 1 metre. So it’s not a huge area. You need to take away all the items that have been removed.

Have multiple nail damages in dry wall that needs patching

Need help from tradie with tools for drilling holes in concrete floor. Job quote is for estimates for about 3 hours of work might need more so please let me know what works. Pillar is about 2m high. I'm putting pillars up for Doggy Daycare. Wood pillars. Need suggestion for best bracket to purchase to hold wood pillars. Thanks

We hired a sealer to come patch holes from recent electric and plumbing work. We did this so that we could repaint and with a fresh wall as we are installing new kitchen. I am pretty sure the work the tiler/sealer did is very poor and not up to scratch. (See photos) Unfortunately we are only adding a new kitchen because we discovered hidden water damage after purchasing our first apartment. The cabinets get put in Monday so we would need help tomorrow. I am 3 weeks from delivering my first baby so it’s all quite stressful. Please let me know the amount of work it would require to smooth this out. We feel a bit cheated as he said the work would smooth out everything and we could paint it all white for a blank canvas for our kitchen install and it’s left a huge mess for us to clean and figure out.

We have had new balustrade installed in maple, which is ready to be varnished. No sanding required. Please quote for two coats applying clear satin water based varnish. I will supply varnish, please bring your own tools and equipment including tape and drop sheets Unfortunately as I’ve had some past bad experience with newbies to Airtasker, I won’t assign to a tasker who doesn’t have positive reviews from similar tasks recently

Hi, Would like to repaint the built in wardrobe including the drawers and refreshen the skylight. Photos are attached. I don’t have paint- any neutral/ close to white colour would work. The quote should include the material also. Edit: no need for treatment of the material, just need it to be clean that is all. I would’t mind even if there are colour differences etc

Doors 1 and 2 slide quite well but are not straight. They are flush at the bottom and about 30mm gap at the top. Door 3 does not slide it all. The upper track appears to have a bend in it. Not interested in paying cash and having my money stuck in airtasker. Be open and honest and we will both get the result we want If you need parts such as sliding door tracks consider that in your quote.
