Need a heavy duty drill to drill into masonry (bricks) in order to hang a bike rack (2 drill holes) and a picture hook. I suspect no more than a 10min job. I just don’t have the tools.

We are a retail store located in Melb city QV shopping centre. I need a mirror hung up and a pull down clothes system fixed. Ive attached pics of what our working pull down system looks like and also an image of the broken handle on the one that needs to be re-attached. They are both the same the 2nd one has just snapped off. Ive also attached an image of the mirror that needs to be hung up, there are no bolts so we would need these too.

Tv hung on the wall, 2 x mirror hung on the wall, 2 x pictures hung on the wall.

Cut 3 wall tiles in half and remove. Hang 5 pictures in brick wall. Install 2 towel rails. Install 1 hook rack.

I need a couple of shelves installed, in two cupboards and the laundry area. Using white melamine/particle board would be ideal. The property is a rental, so the cheapest materials, plus labour and call-out fee will be considered. READ FULL DESCRIPTION Looking for someone who can hang art work (x9) and mirrors (x2) one of the art pieces is 134cm by 100cm and weighs roughly 30kg others are as small as 25cm x 25cm. I can assist with any heavy item lifting and holding. Some items may have to be mounted at 2mts height and on walls over stairs. 1. Hang two pictures to add to photo wall and make sure distance is precise 2. Re fit towel rail that fell down. The screw is very short so you might have to pack out the hole or use a longer screw to get it to hold. Ideally a handy man can figure it out, I tried but the screw won't hold 3. Tighten 2 loose bathroom taps. Fairly new house so just became loose
