I have a beko oven Appliance model number OIF22300X It's about 8 years old and everything works as normal (fan, grill) except the oven setting doesn't heat up.

My underfloor heating Ambiente UH4 wiring centre needs replacing as only 3 of the 4 channels work.

Freestanding hot point tumble drying not heating up, cycles are spinning but cold. Model: Hotpoint H1D80WUK_WH Vented tumble dryer Less than a year old.

Dualit 2 slice vario toaster. about 5 years old. still has power but not heating up. I can send it back to them for repair but the postage alone is expensive and they wont quote till they've seen it. I'd rather bring it somewhere and get a quote before spending money on postage.

Caleffi boiler SATK30 stopped working, displaying error code 80,needs resetting dip switches. I can provide instructions from the manual.

6 flats in the building. Immersion heaters are down in a few. Check unit for resistance. Replace the thermostat and or replace the immersion coil. Check the wall switch connection and possibly replace.

ps5 slim digital says it’s too hot even while it’s just turned on, it’s new so no dust was bought in November, time it stays on has been reducing for a couple weeks now.

When switched on heating in one of the rooms I saw flash and heard a pop from either the pump or the polypipe control part of the under floor heating system. Now none of the components has power, so need an electrician to come have a look. Budget ~£40-60/hour + material if needed

When the tap is turned on, a loud sound emits and vibrates slightly at the same time. Only started happening and has never happened before

We're looking to replace the radiators in 2 bedrooms and also add thermostatic valves at the same time. We are happy to buy the radiators and valves ourselves so would just need someone to remove the previous ones and fit the new ones. Ideally, in one of the bedrooms we would change the radiator from a type 21 to a type 22 which may require a bit of pipework so would like to know the price difference in doing this vs keeping it the same as currently (image of what we currently have attached).

My oven is not heating up in convection mode. The fan itself is working fine (spinning) and the grill mode is also working just fine. I suspect a part is faulty and will need replacement (most likely thermostat). Brand: Bosch Model: HBN131250B/03

The thermostat on our mixer Lusso Stone shower ("LUXE BRUSHED GOLD THERMOSTATIC SHOWER WITH HANDHELD SHOWER") is no longer as hot as it was. Hot water comes out of the adjoining sink fine, so not a supply issue to the shower. The temperature was fine, so not sure what has changed. The attached photo is an old photo as the en suite is actually fully decorated. The shower cubical is micro cement.

My boiler is not doing the central heating. It does the hot water fine but not the central heating. Probably needs a rest or something. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 23 December 2023

Boiler is semi-working, although when it heats up & stops heating, the pressure drops & the whole thing stops working. I then have to repressurise it. Recently moved in & only have half of the bleed keys for the radiators (not sure if this is the problem or not). - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 21 December 2023
