Installation of the NEST Learning Thermostat

Had a new shower put in. The thermostatic cartridge (see picture) was faulty so the manufacturers have sent me a new one. How much to replace it in the mixer bar (labour only)?

6 flats in the building. Immersion heaters are down in a few. Check unit for resistance. Replace the thermostat and or replace the immersion coil. Check the wall switch connection and possibly replace.

I think the thermostatic shower mixer is not working. The water from the shower comes too hot or too cold. I have another bathroom where it is fine. I’ve removed the mixer fittings but need help with the actual replacement and the right spare parts to buy.

We're looking to replace the radiators in 2 bedrooms and also add thermostatic valves at the same time. We are happy to buy the radiators and valves ourselves so would just need someone to remove the previous ones and fit the new ones. Ideally, in one of the bedrooms we would change the radiator from a type 21 to a type 22 which may require a bit of pipework so would like to know the price difference in doing this vs keeping it the same as currently (image of what we currently have attached).

The thermostat on our mixer Lusso Stone shower ("LUXE BRUSHED GOLD THERMOSTATIC SHOWER WITH HANDHELD SHOWER") is no longer as hot as it was. Hot water comes out of the adjoining sink fine, so not a supply issue to the shower. The temperature was fine, so not sure what has changed. The attached photo is an old photo as the en suite is actually fully decorated. The shower cubical is micro cement.
