I purchased a property and need to paint it before renting it out. I will purchase and supply paints so please quote me according based on the floor plan, photos and following requirements 1. Spray white paint in the living room area that has raw brick wall (I believe 3 coats are required to cover the bricks properly) 2. 3 coats of white paint in the old ceiling 3. Doors/architrave/skirting also to be repainted minimum 2 coats 4. 3 coats of white paint in the old gyprock / cladding wall 4. I have a tradie there working and also to fix holes/ dent so you’re not expected to fix the surface. Minimal preparation work is required 5. The garage is brick needs to be sprayed
