Hi I need someone who can level the sand and clear the rocks/cement so I can start some works in my backyard.

Tradie installed planter box covering downpipe at ground level. No room to plant my plants so need to re-route either under newly laid turf, or another solution to meet up with soak well. Approx 2.8m. Labour only. I’ll pay for materials.
