I am an individual struggling with ADHD, depression and IBS. I have to follow a low-FODMAP diet at the moment but I struggle to cook sometimes and have many food aversions. I keep cooking the same thing and I'm quite sick of it, not to mention I'm not getting all my nutrients. I need someone to come over and meal-prep some low-fodmap meals (let's say 10 meals). The catch is that you have to come up with those meals based on very restricted amounts of food I can eat. Maybe we could sit down and work it out together, but I will need you to lead the conversation as I'm struggling mentally at the moment and can't come up with anything myself. Then I could get the groceries, and you'd come over to cook the meals. Another catch is that if you accidentally put too much of something in, I will feel quite sick, so I need to be very responsible and careful. I have no idea how much this type of services should cost so name your price. Please reach out if you can help me.

My house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a garage, a combined living area, kitchen and home office, and a courtyard. The duties I need assistance with are as follows: 1. Cleaning the entire house: This includes scrubbing the floors, vacuuming all rooms, cleaning windows, and ensuring the cleanliness of the bathrooms, living area, and bedrooms. 2. Courtyard maintenance: I would need the courtyard tidied up, with any dog poos, leaves or debris collected. 3. Washing and organising: please run a load or two of washing and hang to dry. Any clean clothes should be packed away. Additionally, help organising the rooms, packing things away and out of sight would be helpful. I like everything put away somewhere, so help decluttering would be appreciated. I do have some supplies, but my preference is that you have your own equipment and cleaning supplies.
