We need our carport gutter cleaned out on both sides. You will need to get onto the carport roof to be able to clean them properly. It is usually a build up of dirt etc that accumulates in the gutters rather than leaves etc. also require any residual mess to be cleaned up afterwards.

Hi My Dad smokes inside and we want to create some kind of ventilation in the room and we’re thinking something on the ceiling would work. I don’t really want something electric that he needs to turn on and off and is noisy. So we thought of a vent plus a whirly bird on the roof as it’s a low ceiling. Open to suggestions but don’t want to spend a lot.

Two medium trees need minor lopping to remove branches away from near roof (possums). Also gutter clearing. There’s a solid gutter guard in place so this is just clearing any minor debris from on top of the guard. You’ll need three equipment to cut the branches and a long ladder to reach the gutter

One of the (old) slate tiles on our roof has come loose and needs to be pushed back and fixed into place. I would do this myself except the tile is towards the top of our main roof pitch and I don't have a 5m roof ladder

Some sheeting has come loose of the awning timber and needs to be refastened. The whole structure will be replaced within a year so looking for a quick fix.
