I’m looking for 2x roof labourers to assist a roofing team in stripping an apartment complex in Mona Vale. The job is looking to start on the 3rd or the 4th of June. Will confirm this with you once accepted. I want you guys to strip the roof whilst the qualified metal roofers will lay behind you. The site will be fully scaffolded and safety rails, with disposal bays for our old tiles ect. I’m looking for 2 guys that have a bit of experience walking/working on a roof as we have back to back bookings until the end of the year and hopefully we could work together again in the future if all goes well Please entail what experience you have when offering Budget is per day.

Looking for the follpwing jobs Job 1: Some minor repairs on a gutter please at front of house. See photos below. Firstly we have a hole in the top left of our gutter that needs to be filled and painted. Job 2: Secondly we have part of our lower downpipe that has been smashed and needs replacing. See photo. Job 3:. Finally I need the Architrave (wooden) of 5 x windows Architrave only painted (1 coat only of vivid white). Plus the white fascias (see photo - again one coat only). Please note all of this will be pre washed professionally so little prep needed. If you can only do part of the job please specify what part and what your quote is. Need this done before or by Saturday, ideally Wednesday this week, Friday or Saturday. We are on the Northern Beaches, we will supply the paint.

New ceiling needed in basement. Will need to also install some sound-proofing and consider lighting. Ceiling has various beams & pipes with objective to have a tidy finish without dropping ceiling height too much. Paint white.

Concrete deck floor guttering channel needs a touch up repair. Want to fix gaps in sides of channel where water is leaking down and put a new grate over the top 14 mtres

We need a small corner of our gutters cleaned. They are second story gutters but our house is about six metres high so it's quite high. Also, I think the last cleaner attached a gutter guard, which was thoughtful but I think the gutter guard is very clogged and might need removing (it was attached using a drill)

Replace 3 old downpipes with PVC pipes. Dispose of old pipes. I had previously offered this job but for some reason can’t access the offers. I have updated it and reposted. - Due date: Flexible

There was a recent leak that led to a ceiling collapse, it was largely due to my solar installers cutting my waterproof membrane sheets. But they have said the source is around the chimney flashing. They have patched it up temporarily as of last Thursday and it does seem to have fixed the leak. I need to confirm the leak is fixed before I get plasterers in to fix the ceiling collapse. I need a professional to - inspect what they have fixed - to either make sure they've done it right or improve upon - repair of replace the flashing or whatever is necessary - repair the hole they cut in the waterproof membrane that's lined underneath the tiles - inspect the rest of roof and around the chimney for further possible points of leakage - an invoice to be provided It is a two storey house with access to the internal antic available from a ceiling hatch on the second floor.
