Hi there, I am looking for a carpenter to redo my staircase balustrade. I would like to change the posts, put in new spindles (plain square ones) and keep the original handrail wood of the staircase. I can pull apart the habdrail purchase the timber materials for the job, but need a carpenter to build the new one. First picture is what it currently looks like. Second is the inspiration for what I’m going for.

Middle pane of a triple-pane top-hung awning window is stuck open approx 30cm from base (winder handle has been detached). Frame along top appears to flex/bend if attempting to force it closed. Need help fixing - may need hinge or panel adjustments, re-hanging or other solution. Total window dimensions is 2400W x 1400H. Top of window is difficult to reach - may need ladder if work needs to be done along top of frame. Pictures show window from inside, and how far middle panel is stuck out from outside.

I am seeking to extend the balustrade railing on 3rd floor balcony. I have spare railing materials which need cutting/adapting to side and adapting to ensure links are connected to the existing railing (galvanised steel). I’m looking for someone to remove a built in wardrobe at my unit in Albion. I need this done between 5-8 April, as I have flooring guys removing all the flooring 9april. Unit is at Albion, second storey walk up. Please include in your quote taking all the waste away. Removal to include the small wall on the side of the cupboard.
