Kickboard: The kickboard in the kitchen needs replacing, its broken in half. Kitchen Cabinet with gas meter: The lower cabinet door fell off and it seems the hinges are completely pulled from the unit.Maybe the door can hung from the opposite side? if not, then the base unit needs to be replaced with a new one. The unit houses the gas meter, so the unit will need to be cut to fit around the meter (see pictures attached). The price of the job will adjust if there is more work required to fit a new cabinet.
