My prom dress is too big round the waist and the straps are too long I just need the dress taken in and the straps shortened

I would like a dress make for me that shows off my small waist and curves on my hips, but leaves a bit of room on the legs to move. This is supposed to be a sexy showstopper dress that’s made with a sparkly netted material.

I have a summer dress that is like to wear for a wedding but the top part of the sleeves fall off my shoulders as my neck/shoulder area is quite small. I need this area to be tighter so I can wear it and the sleeves don’t fall down.
