I have an Ikea wardrobe and Ikea bookshelf that needs assembling. Also need the skirting boards to be removed to fit the furniture, and need you to find a safe place on the wall to attach the furniture to the wall.

I want to get a quote can I change my skirting boards to it bout changing the flooring the person who done it messed it as I told them to change the skirting but they didn’t they added a peice instead ans didn’t cut it properly ect also would like someone to do this

There was an historical slow leak, which may not have been properly repaired. Hence need to replace skirting board, flooring and check there is no slow leak inside toilet surround.

From my experience I can say that it’s a single day job but depends on the person. All off the rubbish needs to be piled in the middle of the living room, will be disposed later. To do with high spec - fill nails holes - sand walls and door where needed - paint with plain white paint (including door and skirting board if needed) - refit all the skirting boards (they need to be cleaned and nails to be removed). I need a professional: - high attention to details; - clean and careful not to make dust using vacuum that I can provide (henry); - can take care of purchasing what's needed for the job, including paint. The room is 2.8 x 4.3. I'm flexible, but ideally the job could be done between this Friday 23rd of Feb and Sunday. Otherwise next week from Wednesday. Elephant and Castle area.

3x skirting board replacements

I need fire doors fix and some shelf’s and a skirting board adjusted - Due date: Flexible

Need two lengths of skirting board fitted to two adjacent walls. the two lengths are 2,270mm and 1,090mm and the board is Torus timber, 162mm(h) x 19mm(d). It's being fitted to a plastered brick wall, some bare brick is exposed near floor level that will sit behind the skirt. Floor itself is carpet. The only obstructions are two radiator pipes that stick out of the floor that the board will run behind. Radiator itself is off the wall. Quote price is for fitting boards and any fixings required. I can provide the skirting board or happy to negotiate a price for supply & fit. - Due date: Flexible

Drill holes in wall and supply rawlplugs. Re- fit basic skirting board ( approx 5 ft ) that was removed and cut by plumber. It will need wood screws and maybe adhesive and possibly some wood. - Due date: Flexible
