Got issue with power supply and parking brake and other message errors

Stuttering have to turn off traction control , already had speed sensor changed twice , now making a noise like a flat tyre intermittent. New tyres fitted .

My BMW 1 Series Hatchback 2014 has come up with a restraint issue. Having a look at the DTC, the code is "93098E - Head airbag right. Resistance too high". I can remove the error but it returns a few days later. To potentially fix it, I need a mechanic to do the following: 1) Check the resistance of the ignition squib. 2) Check whether plug connection is fitted correctly; open connection 3) Check the entire line routing of both lines of the ignition circuit for interruption.

I found water where is battery and i replaced the battery and one module. The car doesn't take any comanda ,the wipers and lights are working continuously and nothing else doesn't work. I mention that the car is starting.
