My Mitsubishi 35hp inboard diesel engine isn’t starting. It’s only run 800 hours and worked recently. Just bought a new battery but still not fully starting.

Low engine coolant, seems to have a leak. Dash board indicates low battery, engine oil and engine light. Car won’t move from where I am.
