Need an electrician to: - Replace a dimmer 3 panel switch with single normal switch which controls the main light & patch up the size difference - replace a round 3 pin single socket with a double normal socket with switched on the panel

Two problems to be fixed: 1) Electric water heater not working. Possible rewire needed. Two RedRing Power Stream boxes under kitchen sink. No hot water from taps. 2) Plug broke off in socket. Needs to be replaced. Budget negotiable, depending on works needed :)

Lights are occasionally flickering and others are constantly dimming. This refers to lights in two bathrooms and three bedrooms in a house. It could be as simple as they need replacing or there's a wiring issue. Would prefer someone to go and have a look if there local before setting the price for the specific job.

ELECTRICIAN NEEDED There are 2 double plug sockets and need the electrics to be isolated at the fuse board, the plastic face plates removed and the wires wrapped to make them safe, in electrical tape. This is so that damp proofing can be done safely to the wall. I would like this reversed a few days later. A double plug socket in the kitchen needs to be replaced, as it has stopped working and the switch is stuck. Another plug socket has crackling sound when in use and may need to be replaced. I have bought a new kitchen light and successfully wired it. However, I was too successful and have managed to wire it out of the switch - now the only way to turn it off is via the fuse board for the whole flat, or by unscrewing the bulbs. My bathroom lights in the ceiling have mostly stopped working (on the last one of 4, a third will occasionally flicker).
