we need our exterior wooden white banister, sanded and repainted and filled in a few areas. We also have a small amount of brickwork approximately 1.5 m high by 3 m in length painted white.

Outside of house needs painting, as it has lots of cracks and now discolouration, paint will be provided

Scope of works:- - Complete all prep before painting getting all surfaces ready. - Window sills will need gaps filling as part of the prep i.e. masonary filler. - Exterior paint and the same colour. You can see the areas marked out in the photo. We're only talking about masonry paint for this job. The current paint is flaking so I don't want it simply repainted over for a crap job so the first stage will be stripping all the paint off to expose the surface. It is an old building so it might have cracks and blemishes, don't expect it to be smooth and new. The second stage of the work is dealing with these imperfections so the end product will be perfect. Let me know what you will do. The final stage will be painting it white again. Myself or other representatives will be on hand to inspect the work at the different stages if you need advice.

I need someone to paint the exterior of the first floor of a mid terrace house. You will need to supply all the materials, including the scaffolding tower. I will supply the paint and the filler for any cracks

Clean gutter at the front and back of the house - currently overgrown with weeds. Paint beam underneath the gutter (front and back) in black paint (standard). The gutter is approx. 5m in length on each side. Paint front door and door frame, in forrest green colour.
