Find local garden deckers in London Central London

Looking for a handy man with the skills and experience to repair or re-build a garden deck. The existing deck was built in 2015, and the step is now weak, plus two wood panels on top have warped. I'm looking for guidance and quotes for either simply repairing and securing the deck, and rebuilding from scratch. The quote should include weather proofing the wood. Property located in SW16, Streatham Common. On street parking available. I am the landlord and property owner.

There is some mould in the bathroom above the shower and window. 4. The dishwasher cabinet cover in the kitchen is peeling off. 5. The front bedroom windows have some paint stains and could do with some attention. There's also one window that is not frosted though I think we should be able to sort that ourselves. 6. The gate in the garden could do with a lock that can be accessed from both sides. Also the wood on the gate is decaying so may be worth considering replacing the gate. 7.
