My Samsung TV (model UN55RU7100F, version FA04/URU7100, manufactured August 2019) won’t turn on properly. When I plug it in and try to power it on, the red standby light blinks once slowly, pauses, and then blinks twice quickly. The screen stays completely black. I’ve tried a full power reset and different outlets, but there’s no change. I also briefly saw horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen before it stopped displaying anything at all. Based on what I’ve read, it might be a T-Con board or backlight failure, but I’d like a proper diagnosis and repair estimate. The TV was purchased in 2020.
