What you’ll do:

• Inform decision making through data exploration and analysis

• Deliver quality experimentation by guiding experiment design, monitoring and the interpretation of results

• Ownership of event design and high quality user behavioural analytics

• Ensure teams have access to relevant, timely, and informative reports

• Educate team members on the data lifecycle, and how data creates value

• Model best practices in the governance and usage of data

• Proficiency in working with relational databases and SQL

• Strong mathematical and statistical reasoning skills

• Solid understanding of data science fundamentals and common algorithms

• Expertise in user behavioural analytics and linking data to business outcomes

• Experience designing experiments and interpreting results

• Ability to craft data-driven narratives and present insights effectively

• Proficiency in data visualisation techniques for quantitative analysis

• Familiarity with digital marketing metrics (Google Analytics is a plus)

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills

• Ability to manipulate, transform, and make sense of complex data
