I have 6 Velux Integra (Electric) windows at my home in Dublin 2 which are above the kitchen/living area in the ceiling and thus are at a height (ceiling height is approximately 5/6 metres. The windows are 3 years old and are all working fairly perfectly but we would like someone to look over them to make sure they're OK and to get the following specific items done: 1. Window mechanisms greased/oiled (if necessary) 2. Rain sensors cleaned (if necessary - sometimes can be slow to automatically close) 3.
