How do Tasker Tiers work?
Tasker Tiers are a way for us to reward loyal and hard-working Taskers by offering discounted service fees for Taskers who are most active and reliable on the platform.
There are four tiers (in ascending order): Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum. The higher the tier you’re on, the lower the service fee.
How do I move up a tier?
You can move up tiers by meeting the 30-day earning requirements (see table below). Every time a Customer releases payment to you, the amount is added to your total and will last for the next 30 days.
Can I drop a tier?
We are committed to being a platform that is serious about reliability. We want to ensure our Taskers and Customers have positive experiences and maintain trust in the Airtasker community so we take cancellations seriously.
If you're responsible for Task cancellations, it could impact your eligibility to move up to a higher tier, or in some cases, it may result in you dropping to a lower tier.
What are the fees and earning requirements?
The following are the fee rates for each tier, excluding VAT:
Bronze tier
20% service fee
Earn less than €400 in the last 30 days
Silver tier
18.5% service fee
Earn €400+ in the last 30 days
Gold tier
14.9% service fee
Earn €1,500+ in the last 30 days
Platinum tier
12.5% service fee
Earn €3,500+ in the last 30 days
