The wooden plank is quite heavy. The wall is solid. It needs to be held on the wall with heavy duty brankets since the plank is heavy.

After a water leak vinyl planking up to be lifted . I have sufficient planking available I think so it would just be moving the washing machine ( it’s attached to plumbing ) and laying the planks - you would need to provide the adhesive. It’s a small area in the washing machine recess and three strips in front along the width of the room

Need to get a clothes rack modified. Pictures are attached for reference. We need panels around the bottom to cover the wheels so it can’t be seen and a bottom base board. Due to our traveling nature of our company, these modifications need to be easily removable, allowing the rack to be folded down.
