Needed an entire floor painted includes one lounge, one bedroom, and one walk in wardrobe. Size is approx 32m2. Open to offers- just selected minimum for now. Either I can supply paint or you.

Entryway: White walls repaint white Stairs repaint black Side walls White brick walls refresh with one coat white paint - just an overall tidy up coat. (Est. 25m x 3.2m) Window side Dark grey wall repainted white (Est. 8m x 5.3m) *Would love a seperate quote on the other side dark wall + the roof down the line. Not a priority now.

High ceiling of bathroom being renovated will need gaps filled and painted white anti mould type bathroom paint or similar. 2 x coats walls and wooden slat type ceiling. There is some prep work to do, but not crazy. Could use a plank between supports for high section. North shore near Birkenhead Flexible on dates, but would be good to meet someone there tomorrow to look at the job. Painter to supply protection ladders etc. and fully clean up on departure.

The brush roller is not turning,has been taken out previously for cleaning but doesn’t appear to fit tightly back in.

The surface of the bedside table shows a noticeable mark, likely from oil being dropped on it. This has caused the finish to peel away, exposing the bare wood underneath. The residual damage has left the area discolored and uneven, making the surface in need of restoration.
