I’m having a kerbside valuation of my house done so I’m looking for quick, cheap ways to increase that valuation. The whole house exterior needs painting but a lot of it I can do myself, I just can’t get to the high reach place circled in the photo. It’s timber, needs a bit of prep but I’m really trying to keep cost down

We are looking for someone to finish painting the outside of our house. This includes underneath of car port roof 3 sets of eaves, all the gutters and the back fence. There is one Wall that is quite tall so would require scaffolding or ladder. We have all the paint, a paint gun, 2 rollers and paint trays if needed.

Hi We need someone to paint parts of the outside of the house in Carrara to white. The two x exposed brick walls need to be lime washed and all the parts in blue colour need to painted white. Painter required: Currently textured paints are on the walls. The texture needs to be sanded down and all the walls to re-painted. Sand down textured paint and apply new paint. 3 Bedrooms 1 walkway/entry 1 Living area See floor plan marked in orange for the area to be painted. Price to be negotiated at the quoting stage.

Painting of lounge, sun room, kitchen & dining room & entrance hallway. Walls currently light blue / grey. Wanting to paint walls in Dulux natural white 100%. Trim and ceiling in most rooms are already white so no need to paint, except for sun room. Some plastering is being finished in two rooms (you'll see in photos where) and all completed by Wednesday 10th April. Painting will need to start after that. Thank you!

We need a professional caulker to come and caulk some rooms and basins in our freshly painted and refurbished property in Doncaster as we prepare it for sale. 3 or 4 rooms and 2 or 3 basins.
