Renzo Milanello
Chief Garage Technician
Renzo’s focus is to make sure all garage equipment is in excellent condition. At the track, he leads a team of 10 and organises the garage layout so that everyone can work efficiently. During the season, he also works as the rear jack man for car #6, driven by Isack Hadjar. He’s a man of many skills!
Edward Hewett
Assistant Team Coordinator
With over 15 years of experience in Formula 1, Edward has the skills and knowledge to make sure the day-to-day operations are running smoothly and efficiently. From managing logistics for external racing events to organising pit stop practices, he doesn’t let anything slip through the cracks.
Danni Culff
Partnerships Team & Executive Assistant
Every team needs a Danni. She’s the one who takes care of the essential (and often overlooked) tasks, and in just one year has quickly become the MVP of the marketing team. She coordinates ticketing, logistics, guest and partner experiences, and overall is the perfect link between teams, keeping everything and everyone aligned.
She stays calm when there’s chaos, picks up anything and everything and gets it done.
