Hi there, I have a study room with dimension 3.25 meters by 2.7 meters with an overall square meter of 9. It has a concrete base and the area has been cleaned up and ready to have laminate floor installed. I have purchased the laminate floor materials, underlays and surrounding skirting and L-frame that go with the room entrance (not sure if I got the name correct). Would you be able to quote your labour and that includes materials to install the floating floor? I believe you might need to bring in the appropriate saw, nail gun etc. Look forward to an experience handyman or licensed Carpenter. I have priced it at $20 per square meter including airtasker commission.
Stewart was great with communication and very committed to the task. I will certainly recommend him on that aspect and he was accommodative of some unexpected minor inconvenience that happened later during the work. I wish him the best!
