Fence boards blown off in storm, need put back on gate.

Our side gate is broken. Some of the wood was rotten and broke. Looking for someone who can fix it in an economical way. We don't mind if you use recycled materials etc, were not precious about it we just want the gate to work and be secure. I've put in a large amount because I don't know what it will cost so please give me your best offer or happy to pay a per hour rate including sourcing materials.

Hi I have attached a photo of the existing latch thing on the metal sidegate of the house. I have also attached two photos of the kind of lock (the black one) that I'm looking to have installed. What we need is a proper lock that can only be opened with a key from the outside. Please put an offer with a quote. Initially I wanted a smartlock but have realized that's not possible on this gate so just the regular one will do. As per the photo, I am in need of some Perspex (which I have) to be cut to size and somehow attached to the existing gate. The reason being is that currently the external lighting bollards render the pool non-compliant due to the fact that a child could climb over the fencing. Please note there are two (2) gates exactly the same. It is for a complex of units in which I need to present quotes initially to the Body Corporate Committee for review.
