Needing a handyman to locate (install potentially) a stud within the ceiling as I’m wanting to install curtain from ceilings to provide floor to ceiling effect. We have attempted to find studs ourselves however struggling as we haven’t been in ceiling, as such may need potentially someone to install some studs. House was built 1998 and small unit. At this stage, just wanting a price for confirming there is a stud in the place we wish to install or, and if none, price for you to install the studs. The curtain rod is approximately 2.5m in length. Flexible timing, however ideally this week would be ideal.

Four curtain rod holders need the part fastening to the wall to be fixed (they are coming out from the wall - see photos)

The faucet above the kitchen sink is broken and needs to be replaced.

The existing lattice screen has been damaged and I need new section of unpainted pine 50mm squares fitted with posts. 6.7m long 2.4m high. Also need the shade cloth at the back replaced

Remove the existing silicone sealant and apply new one to a shower base.

Fix/replace broken pavers/steps

Remove 6 x doors from door frames. I have tried to remove the screws myself but they are very old and snapped tip of screw driver. 8 screws per door. Need completed asap, ideally today. Tipping not required I have a collection scheduled.

Hanging sheer ikea curtains over 3 sets of glass French doors . Please have experience. Just need the ikea rods put up really well eg. Straight, tidy etc. Please have your own drill and equipment , step ladder etc .

The letter ‘O’ has fallen down, it is perched on wall below it, just need someone to glue it back on. You can access from the rear of the building.

We have a boxing bag wall bracket that needs to be hung (to a masonry wall), and a speed bag set that needs to be constructed and hung to the same masonry wall. There is also a mirror that needs to be re-hung to the masonry wall. You will need to bring masonry drill, screws and masonry wall plugs (large screws are needed for affixing this heavy equipment). We have screws for the mirror as it was previously wall hung on the same wall. Ideally job to be completed today (Friday) or tomorrow (sat).

We are hanging some floral arrangements (large) onto a brick wall. We need a handy man with a hammer drill and hooks/fixings to help us figure out how best to hang these arrangements and how much weight the existing hooks need to hold. 2 hours or less worth of work. will need all own tools and hooks/wall fixings. The picutres are of the laneway we will be working in, we have a scissor lift to assist with the heights.

Just need 7 holes drilled into the brick wall as pictured in the photos and for the ikea cabinets to be hung on the wall. Cabinets are already built and i have the screws to attach the cabinets I just dont have the tools to drill into the wall. Thank you

2 hinges have detached in wardrobe. It needs repair.

Outdoor GPO isn’t working and need it repaired or replaced prior to settlement of property sale.

Relocate existing garage door per marked images. Make good location from which it is being moved with section of sheet cut from new location. Preference would also be to change handle to a keyless digital combination replacement.

Need someone to drill or screw in cupboard door hinge.
