Looking to remove grass, weeds and old brick post box from garden island in front of our Tingalpa house. The island is about 5 to 6m long. Attaching photos for reference. Will need some ideas to cost effectively fill the cleared area (mulch, soil, wood chips ect). The aim is to make the area look neat and clean. Happy to purchase fill material and plants. Retaining fence, paving, gate

Have an issue with drainage. Open to suggestions to improve by my idea is to: Need agi pipe put in with stone etc and replace top soil along concrete as shown in picture. Need that connected to a pvc pipe that needs to be installed under the concrete. So it can run off down the hill under the deck. The ground slopes down naturally so that helps. Also open to suggestions. Agi pipe needs to run about 5m. The concrete is 1m wide.

Mulch my front garden, around 5 meters × 13meters area, there are some old Mulch already there, just need to top up to 10cm. Mulch won't be provided, happy with forrest mulch. Can pay cash.

Need retaining wall to be supported. It was injected in February with resin to stop any further sinking but now needs anchoring in for full support and to straighten out the wall. After quotes, thanks!

Edging. The yard has an edge established but it has been neglected for years. Also seeking ground leveling (12 ft area for trampoline). Last photo is the space that requires leveling. Front yard makeover. Small concrete path (1900 x 3200), and pad (1000 x 1000) for a water feature. Then Soil levelling, will need to bring a cube or so in, install irrigation pipe and sprinkler heads (on site) and then lay approx 75sqm or turf (zoysia australis). Levels needs to be spot on with soil grading to ensure surface water gets away. If you’re not good with levels don’t worry about applying.

Need someone to operate a kanga which we have, to move gravel to top of property, approx 4 cubic meters of gravel

Remove about an inch high or so of dirt along fenceline to be level with sidepath, install cardboard or other weed matting as appropriate, then cover with rock mulch. Happy to pay more to cover labour and required materials, please leave a quote. EDIT: You will need to bring your own tools and remove the dirt. I can supply the rock mulch and weed matting. One sleeper high retain wall. Have steel posts that need 350mm holes . Ten holes to do and to level up for sleepers to slide into . Need done asap. I have the rapid set concrete , steel post brackets and composite sleepers .

Top up x2 sandpits with sand Must be this weekend - flexible with day and time There are 40 bags for one sandpit and one cubic metre pile for another sandpit which needs to be shovelled and wheelbarrowed. It needs to be done at 9:30am tomorrow please 😊 Sand bags will be on site, you just need to carry the bags to the sandpit or wheelbarrow it to sandpit and fill/ top them up. There is already sand in these they just need to be topped up. Pictured is one of the sandpits and the other one is double that size.

We accidentally ordered the wrong gravel. Wanting someone to come and collect 2 cubic metres of gravel on our drive way, take to Maroochy sand and gravel and exchange for drainage stone.
