Hi need plumber for fixing 2 sink tap

I need help installing a water filter in my apartment. The hot and cold water under the sink will need to be turned off. A brass T-fitting ( which was included with the water filter) needs to be installed on the cold water line to connect both the washing machine and the water filter. I'm unsure about the sizing and will need a tool set and other relevant tools for the job.

The tap drips unless you tighten it suuuper tight. And it leaks in the cupboard beneath. I would like it either fixed our fixed with new taps on.

Hi The two toilet flushes at our home refills very slowly after flushing and may need change of parts including washers.

I need the existing Reflex tempering Valve RMTV15 replaced in my apartment, located in the kitchen under the sink - see picture 1. It is purely a maintenance activity, existing valve is 8 years old and I have been advised to change it. I have purchased a replacement valve same model number and manufacturer Reflex RMTV15S - see picture 2. The only difference in the part number to the existing valve is this is for Solar, but i have been advised will work with the building hot water system. The old part number is no longer procurable. Only need price for installation.

In the flesh of the toilet is running as the inlet of the filling valve is broken

We have a leak from the Insinkerator garage disposal device and would like it removed instead of fixing the leak and its not a option we want to use anymore . We would like to revert back to a normal 2 drain sink and hope this is possible as the other garbage disposal hole is bigger.

I need my washing machine installed properly. We moved and lost the pipe where the old water goes down the drain. So it’s currently leaking. So I guess it’s just a matter of getting the pipe, put it on and that’s it.

I have an old style townhouse with old hot/cold water pipes under the sink. They are rusted/corroded and unable to be unscrewed to replace the mixer. The pipes need to be cut down and replaced with new fittings. (excuse my hand)
