Washbasin change & floor tile

I need a kitchen 20sqm kitchen floor tiled, it is already tiled so maybe the new tiles can be laid on top of them. I would like the tiler to supply adhesive and grout and anything else needed except for the tiles

Require bathroom floor to be tiled. Floor area is less than 2 meters squared, but slightly odd shaped.

Part of the bathroom is boxed in with tiles, we had to remove the tiles and now need them put them back. The tiles don't need to be exactly the same.

This will be a two-part task. 1) I'll need you to come round and assess the space and help me order the correct number of tiles for the space which includes the main sheets, the borders and the corner sets. It is a Victorian-style black-and-white small square pattern on sheets. I've already chosen the design - I just need assistance with quantities and consideration will need to be given to what to do at doorframes (whether to take the border tiles into the doorway gap for example, or continue the border straight past the door and fill the gap with tiles from main part of floor). 2) I'll require the tiles to be laid of course. Total space is 11m² which is made up of an L-shaped hallway (which has the stairs coming into it) and a fairly uniformly rectangular kitchen. The hallway has floorboards underneath so flat sheets of plywood may need to be laid first (I will supply). The kitchen has a solid underlay upon which I plan to lay electric underfloor heating mats which I will need for you to assist in laying also. I will remove all current flooring and skirting and I will provide the tiles / underlay / grout etc. I'll need you to supply tools and knowledge!

Replace around 8 stratched floor tiles. Tiles will be provided. Must have previous experience tiling.

Remove current bathroom tiles around the bath and add new tiles in same space. I will supply tiles, grout, sealant and bath trim.

1/The corner of my bathtub corner has been stained with a brown liquid that won't come out the grout despite trying various treatments, so I think it needs to be removed and replaced, or possibly some more grout can be applied on top as the grouting is deep (there are little crevasses between the tiles so space for more on top it that is a possibility). I'm putting pictures of the stained corner and the other one so you can tell the difference. 2/ the bathtub needs resealing, I did it myself 6 months ago, but the caulk as cracked around the edges and water can leak through.

Remove old tiles and install new tiles

I have a couple of small tiles in the shower that need replacing. They are corner tiles that need to be removed and replaced with the affected corner wall resealed with a white bathroom anti-mould sealant so there's no colour mismatch, I can supply the sealant if needed. I have the new tile and it needs to be cut to size. The two tiles to be replaced are in two separate areas of the same wall. Expectation-wise, the tile needs to flush. Please do not quote if you do not have any experience. I need a careful and experienced hand on this job as the tiles are hard to come by, I don't need further damage to the other tiles. I would otherwise do it myself. You'll need your tile cutter, grout saw and tile chisel. I'm writing the obvious because there is a history of airtaskers showing up without the necessary tools.

Grout is cracked around the drains of my ensuite walkin shower which urgently need to be fixed as it might potential be a source of leak. I have been told that this need to be fixed with silicone, as the grout will not stick to the old one. Please confirm the above is correct and provide your available this week. Preferably Monday 29/04 or Tuesday 30/04.
