We would like to add balustrades to our front porch and stairway. Dimension is around 1.8m*5.9m. Our budget around $2k including materials.

Fencing require for one side of the house between 10 to 65 meter Fence - single pailing lap and cap fence with gal fence post on left hand side facing property. Fence to be installed at 1.8m heigh with sleeper wall where necessary. Quote for material and installation both.

remove old fence and posts. install new fence. New fence 24 meters of framed wooden fence and 8 meters of colour bond fence . We supply wooden fence, metal posts, colorbond fence ,rail and posts . total about 31 meters straight line plus 90 cm side .

Measure, quote, supply and installation of a combination of Colorbobd perimeter at the backyard (~20m) and fence plus gate at the front yard (~15m). The solution for the front yard should provide good street appeal, good privacy and minimise street noise. The gate is for a single car, preferably sliding motorised.

The porch post is rotten at the bottom so we need to fix it. Please indicate how you'll do it and send your quote. If repair with wood don't worry about the color as we can paint it. A quick approach we can think of is to get rid of the rotten part and use concrete to make a base connecting the metal tube and the post, so no need to replace the whole post. But a good handy man should know it better than us, we are open to suggestions. Thanks!
