Need to hang 8 hooks into studs through plaster ceiling for me to hang some floating sound absorbtion panels from. I have all the hooks and pre - drill bits for them, just don’t want to risk missing the studs through the roof, or hitting a wire so would prefer to get it done. Probably take someone 20 minutes to do. Real easy, quick job.

The black downlight can be removed if it intrudes on install. Awning came with brackets, but need to supply your own drill, level, stepladder etc. Flexible with day/time.

I need to replace the colorbound sheets on the front verandah that was done incorrectly by previous person. The work also includes cutting the hardwood posts tops that are "sticking up" in the photo so the colorbound can cover the area properly and not leave an empty square that collects water. The area is 2090mm x 1940mm. The space between the first beam is 940mm and the second 840mm. The structure on the left hand side will remain, I just need the hardwood posts that are sticking up to be cut to a level where the new colorbound sheet can close the whole. I put a photo of what the house used to look like to try to make sense of the mess 😜. Please include materials in your quote. The previous tradies left massive screws puncturing the new colorbound

I’m after a short brick wall to be rendered. Measures 12 mt long. It’s about 2 meters one end and 1.2 meters the other. I’ve been given a small budget to paint a mural on top of the render, so it doesn’t have to be a perfectly flat finish, (but flatter than brick is good for me.) Location is Diamond Village Shopping center Watsonia. No issues with access or timing. I’d be keen to have it rendered by early November - Due date: Before Sunday, 21 January 2024
