Maybe in wrought iron that's undercoated and painted or steel that's powder coated or stainless steel 4m long plus 1.5m plus 1.8 m stair rails L Shaped . Added a new section of rendered block work. So the new section needs preparation (sealer binder paint) and then the entire wall, old and new, needs to be painted so old and new sections are colour matched. Side of staircase needs re rendering. Approx 3 to 4 square meters. Join caused by where the brick work meets the concrete stairs. Currently rendered and painted. With some filler in the join currently. The timber flooring and skirting boards are going to be replaced so the work will be required to be done after the boards and skirting are removed and before the new boards are laid. The timing of this is uncertain at this stage. Thanks.

I have a leak behind a wall on the 2nd floor. The plasterboard and carpet are wet. I need the leak found and fixed, then the wall re-done The wall is not near a bathroom, so it’s not a burst pipe or plumbing. It’s an adjoining wall to the next door house. It leaks when it rains, so it’s either a skylight or roof leak, or an issue next door.

Can't put pull out wardrobe drawer back in place and on its tracks.

An old people’s chairlift was installed and has been removed. There was a cut out on the balustrade very roughly and the holes were drilled into the stairwell. I need it brought back to previous condition.
