My garage roller door isn’t working when I press the button to activate it. When the button is pressed, you can hear the motor turning - sounds like the chain might have come off the guide. I have a controller with two buttons, one for the door and unsure what the other button does. Hoping it’s a simple task. Access to the rolling mechanism is from the garage roof and unsure how to get to the mechanism easily so tools might be required. If a complex job, diagnosis and discussion of cost will be required. Hi there, our ducted gas heating unit isn’t working properly. It is running but the air coming out is not hot. Potentially pilot light. The unit is 8 years old. I have opened the top to check, but it seems a bit old and I didn’t want to mess with it! Our Miele dishwasher is displaying the error code F11 and halts its operation right at the start of the washing cycle. Need it fixed asap.

Currently have a very old fixed rangehood in a ground floor apartment. It blows smoke back into the kitchen and sets off the fire alarm. I need a new rangehood installed to fix this problem. There is a small cupboard above the rangehood, and it's about 2m away from the external wall (brick wall). There is no ceiling cavity. Want to get this done in the most cost effective way (it's an investment property so aesthetics don't really matter to us!)
