I have water that leaks under the shower door and runs down my hallway. I need Maybe just Row of thick tiles under the shower door So that the water stays inside the shower area

Our upstairs shower is leaking water into the subfloor. Attached are pictures of the grate drain and the hole from our downstairs ceiling. You can see in the picture that the water is trickling from beside the pipe. Would need removal of grate drain and tiles around it, then reseal and waterproof before tiling again. We previously had a leak detector advise that it was due to the waterproofing failing. We had engaged Mr Grout to put a hard coating to seal it. However, this did not work and it is still leaking.

The upstairs have 2-3 cracked tiles. The water enters through the crack and leak to downstairs ceiling (there is shower downstairs directly below the upstairs shower).
