Find experienced awning repair handymen in NSW

My shop awning lights are not working due to recent rainfall.

We have an awning at the front of the house. The top part has roofing tiles, (assuming silimar to terracotta tiles) need these all removed. Below there is cement sheeting, these need to be removed too (had this tested by Airsafe last week so happy to email you a copy of the report that it is NOT asbestos) but as always good to be safe. We want to keep the wooden frame in place and keep as a pergola for now as the power coming from the street is attached to this frame. The size of the area is 6 metres by 1 metre. So it’s not a huge area. You need to take away all the items that have been removed.

I need awnings done because of the rain. I have attached pictures of the house and also the style of awning I want. The front of the house has double doors and there’s no awning so the rain gets in. The material of the house is bricks that had popcorn wall on it which was rendered. As you can see in the photos, the top of the door and the roof are very close together and there’s not much space so I’m not sure if the awning is possible, please let me know. If not possible, please suggest an alternate way.

Need someone with a tall ladder to hang up a banner on an awning. Banner size is 2.5m x 1m. Banner is similar size to the one in the picture.

The privacy awning had to be bolted to the concrete at the edge of the awning or the back. I have a picture and the instructions available.

I would like someone to remove an old awning and replace it with a new one I just purchased. The new awning is an Instahut 3mx1.5m one with plastic frame and polycarbonate roofsheets, basically the same as the old one. Some sheeting has come loose of the awning timber and needs to be refastened. The whole structure will be replaced within a year so looking for a quick fix.

My outdoor balcony’s awning power doesn’t seem to be working, I think it’s a connection issue or blown fuse. Need someone to come out either today, tomorrow or early Saturday to fix! - Due date: Flexible

*Changed date due to Covid risk* Hi, wind damage has caused a branch to fall and knock my awning and sensor light off the wall. Need someone to unscrew awning, shift 10cm to left or right and re-attach awning and sensor light. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 2 January 2024
