I'm looking for a plumbing to install some new fixtures in my bathroom. This is the full list of tasks to be completed: - Remove old shower tray, patch screw holes as best as possible - Install new shower tray on adjacent wall (Phoenix Radii Glass Shelf) - Remove old shower head and install new twin shower head (Phoenix Vivid Slimline Compact Twin Shower) - Remove old bath spout and install new one (Mixx Tapware Universal Diverter Spout) - Disposal of removed items I am supplying the new fixtures.

Work scope: Bathroom and Toilet (2 separate rooms ) needed tiling on floors and walls, and potentially cabinet basin installation and shower screen installation if you can do it all with reasonable offer. Total fees negotiable depending on the work scope , e.g I can pay more if you can sort out all water pipe installation etc. essentially I need the Bathroom and Toilet to be renovated. Toilet room: length 1600mm, width 900mm, 2700mm vertical Materials to be supplied: Wall tile: length 1200mm width 600mm thickness 8mm; floor tile: length 600mm, width 600mm, thickness 10mm; all other materials are needed to be procured Requirements: 1. Must do no less than 3 times waterproofing ; 2. The required height of the wall tiling is 2400mm (the length of the two piece wall tiles); 3. Socket/pipe holes/openings needed to be cut out during installation: 3 power socket holes on the wall (approximately 110mmx60mm) and 5 of 30 mm water pipe holes and a hole of 400 mm in diameter; 4. Floor needs to have 4 drainage openings (95mm x1, 70mm x1, 60mm x2). 5. The ideal timeline for completing the work is to start on 05 June 2024 (negotiable).

I have 2 small bathrooms adjacent to each other Each measures 1.5m x 2.6 m They are too small I would like to convert it to 1 bigger bathroom This is a brand new house- I moved in 2 mnths ago I have no idea how much it would cost- so I put in a random figure of $5 😂😂
