We wanted to get blinds installed in our 4 bed room house in glen wavelery.

Two blinds need minor repairs. Blind1: Blind has suddenly become very hard to roll up. Rest all is good. It goes up, rolls down, stays where you want it to stay. Only problem is that it has become very hard to roll up. See photos (Blind1). Blind2: No problem at all, except that chain is broken. Needing a connector to tie two ends. See photos (Blind2).

Fix new brackets / roller blinds to townhouse windows (some recess, some face) - 23 in total (including the 2 x privacy / blockout for large sliding door = 4 blinds). All windows easily accessible. All blinds made to measure.

Straight replace one blind from bunnings will pay for blind extra

*note: Screws pictured are the original short screws. Longer screws are required to complete the work. I require 4 x Clear roller blinds to be fitted with longer screws. 1 requires replacement after it fell due to short screws. 3 x roller blinds require screws changed from existing short screws to more suitable longer screws. Roller blind that requires replacement requires 2 people and extended ladders. Remaining 3 roller blinds can be completed by 1 person with extended ladder.

This task is for someone suitably qualified and able to remove a total of four wooden blinds and dispose offsite. The blinds are wooden Venetian blinds and the ones that require removing are in the pictures attached to this task. The blinds that need to be removed are the wooden blinds in the upstairs bedrooms (there is only one per bedroom) and the one in the living room (front of the property). The blinds are located in our investment property which is due to be tenanted this weekend (I only found out today), hence the short timeline. Access to the property is via a lock box so the tasker must be able to work independently as I may not be able to be there.
