i have checked the pump area after emptying the water out and nothing is blocking it - 1 cycle went through ok then the error code came up again. I emptied the water out and checked if there was a blockage and there doesn't appear to be but the error code is still there and the dishwasher is not draining

I have a Bosch washing machine which is showing an E:18 error towards the end of a cycle, whenever drainage is needed. I suspect the pump has been blocked or damaged. Brand: Bosch Model: WAS28461AU/01 What I've tried: - Checked the filter (no blocks / clean) - Checked the drainage hose (no blocks / clean) - Ran a spin cycle with the filter off, confirmed the impellor doesn't seem to spin.
