Find an experienced builder in McKinnon

Heya, We had our builder/friend start work on a backyard shed/retreat, but unfortunately he cant quite finish the job due to a family emergency. It’s almost there, but we need someone experienced/qualified to help us complete it. It’s very small (3x3m approx) and pretty basic as we don’t have a huge budget. We have some supplies already but some hardware will need to be purchased (flashing, interior drywall etc) I’m certainly NOT a builder so will need some advice on what we need to do to finish… but I’ve made a list of the obvious ones. - finish installing the double doors/square them up - hang remaining concrete sheets on front section - install flashing on roof and potentially some guttering - fill gaps between sheeting and ensure water proof (and spider proof!) - line ceiling with something affordable to cover insulation (maybe interior walls too depending on cost) Thanks for considering my job ☺️ - Due date: Flexible

I need a new internal stud wall approx 3.5m x 3m to be built on an exisiting (painted) concrete floor. No door or window opening required. You must be an expert carpenter and provide any materials for the job. I will provide insulation bats for you to install. You are not required to paint the wall. - Due date: Flexible
