I need an experienced builder/ carpenter/handy man for the following jobs to be completed within a 4 to 5 days. 1- build 3.5 internal walls with 2 doors openings in 2 of the walls. 2- install 2 standard door frames, doors and handles Wall sizes ( approximately): First wall 4*2.4 m Second wall 3*2.4 m Third wall 3* 2.4 m Half wall 3*0.5 m Walls will be built with villaboard water resistant lining as all walls are for wet areas and must be fitted to existing ceiling. Water proofing will be done by tiler. There is no electric work involved. All building materials will be provided, you may bring your own tools if you prefer, but basic tools will be provided including , screws, , circular saw, sawhorses,nail gun, villaboard knife, square and spirit level. Rates for the job are as follows : Wall installation $600 per wall $400 for the half wall Doors and frame installation $300 per door. Total price on offer :$2800 for labour cost only. Builder Must have own ABN and insurance. If Any Additional work is required it will be priced separately between myself and the builder. Project timeline : 10 June to 15 June 2024

Looking for someone qualified to oversee the building of a deck in my backyard. The area is about 50sqm and is currently dirt/tiles so will be building over the top. One end will have 4-5 steps down to the next level. I’m keen to help out and have a few brother-in-law’s who have built decks before and are happy to help so am just looking for someone who to oversee the build and ensure things are level and do the steps/tricky cuts etc. I would love to get someone out to look at the area and chat through materials with me so I can purchase it all and then we can discuss times/payment.
