Location: Wahroonga NSW 2076 We had issue with deck roof over the heavy storm. Deck area existing 3m x 8 m recently the entire roof and gutter had been replaced and need your help to have walls built around to seal the decking area for stormy weather proofing. Job scope: Walls: three sections 2.7 m W x 2 m H ( no window) 3.3 m W x 2 m H(one window 1700 x 1200 H) 4.4m W x 2 m H (one Long window 3300 x 1200 H plus one door) Total 10.5 m L Plus 14 sqm external weatherboard cladding planks installation Materials on site: 90 x 45 H3 treated and James Hardie 230mm x 4200 x 7.5 mm weatherboard Other tasks in coming days: - cosmetic alteration of the existing staircase to match new Merbau post - eaves installation We have scaffold hired and set up on site till this coming Wed 23/03 12 Hours to Two days allocated Extension can be negotiated upon mutual agreement on site Listed is hourly rates for initial 6 hours Must have min 12 hours available in coming Mon and Tues ( 21/03 - 22/03) Must have your own tools in good working condition for the listed tasks
