Find professional cornice repairs in North West Perth

I need approx 10m of cornice replaced, Screw/grout at 400mm centres Flush ready for paint. Iv got the cornice, you need to supply tools and cement etc.

Work required is on the outdoor alfresco where there is sagging and ceiling patching required, the main living area where there is a couple of cracks in the ceiling and cornice and also the carport where there is some cracks in the cornice and on the ceiling. One of the bedrooms also requires some patching on the ceiling in one spot where the nail has cracked the paint as there has been pressure on gyprock. All the work is of a small scale in a number of different areas.
